Project Runway Conspiracy Theory
4 October 2006Tonight was the recap episode of “Project Runway” Season 3. Alternate titles for this show might have been “Watching the other designers who deserved to be in the final four more than Jeffery”, “I miss Malan” or “Wow Vincent really is crazy”. This episode was better than most reunion shows. However, there seemed to be some serious tension. Even normally happy people, like Kayne & Alison, seemed to be glaring at people. You couldn’t tell at all that these designers were forced to be in a room together, they hid it really well. Uli & Robert were the only ones who were laughing & understanding that it is just a TV show. Some of the new information revealed was that:
1. Laura never wears jeans but Tim Gunn does.
2. Vincent has a wife.
3. Vincent almost left the show because his laundry was done wrong.
4. The shirts Vincent wore are worth $120.
5. Tim knows a lot more words than just “make it work”.
The best revelation was Keith’s conspiracy theory. He said that the pattern books were taken away from him & then given back, basically that the production staff had planted them. To explain his absence from the set he revealed that a production assistant pointed to the door. This reunion show made me think that Vincent is crazier than I thought, Michael is nicer (he won $10,000 as America’s Choice), & Keith has less class.
