Best Dressed
26 February 2007Honestly, there wasn’t a whole lot to choose from in the best accessorized category at last nights 79th Annual Academy Awards. The dresses took the show, sometimes it looked like the celebrities were being attacked by them. There were several beautiful chunky bracelets, & then not a lot of other jewelry. It looked like the stars forgot to finish getting ready. I guess that would be the main trend, along with metallic handbags. It’s not a trend that I will follow, I love earrings too much, but there it is. There weren’t even a lot of "Oscar Earrings", you know, the ones that look like chandeliers that will forever stretch out your earlobes but it’s worth it because they are worth tons of money & have to be guarded by special people. So, for the best accessorized at last night’s Oscars, I will have to go with, Naomi Watts. I’m not in love with the dress at all, it looks a little like a pirate to me. However, that necklace is what people should be wearing to the Oscars. Bling is not dead, bling is not dead.
