Lessons learned from Audrey

23 April 2007

I’ve thought some more about lessons that can be learned from Audrey Hepburn’s charity work.  I’m not in a position right now to travel with UNICEF.  However, here are some things that I might be able to learn from Audrey:

Go wherever you can, to do what good you can.  Audrey traveled to many different countries.

Audrey Hepburn thought a lot about what could she do, almost constantly.  It seems like helping other people was a huge priority to her, quite possibly her #1 priority.

She was prepared.  She spoke a lot of languages, her entire life had lead up to that point.

Instead of focusing on politics, she focused on humanity.

What lessons have you learned from Audrey?
