My Happy Thought for Today

I’ve had somewhat of a rough day. I’m so tired that I can’t even sleep. I need a happy thought. Alexandrite has always been that for me. To me, it is the metaphor for a perfect relationship.

It’s strong.
It’s unique.
It’s beautiful to look at.
Two minerals share equal face time. They don’t fight, they don’t try to outshine each other. They both bring their unique qualities.

I know, it’s just a gemstone, but it’s the coolest one out there.
