Picking the perfect wedding present
26 June 2007
I really wish there was another name for the gifts that couples exchange when they get married, besides wedding presents. However, there isn’t. It seems like a lot of guys don’t know that they are supposed to buy their bride a gift. I bet if there was a special name for it, they would remember. Here’s a few tips:
Jewelry always works, for any present, EVER.
Make it a gift that will last. This will be something that your bride will be telling future generations about.
Don’t be silly. Yes, there’s time for gag gifts, but this isn’t one of them.
Go for a classic, like pearls of diamonds.
If it all possible pick out a bracelet or earrings that she can wear on your big day.
Following these tips will ensure that the honeymoon period will at least have a chance to begin before a fight interrupts it.
