Accessories for the 4th of July
4 July 2007It seems like cutsey red, white & blue teddy bear sweaters are out. I see them everywhere, but every Fourth of July, all of the fashion shows complain about them. Personally, I love it when people dress up for the holidays, it makes the entire town feel festive.
An alternative is to accessorize with jewelry that looks like fireworks. This doesn’t have to be taken literally. Think about it, everyone loves to see fireworks, & this is a look that you can wear all year round. Just a few things to keep in mind:
- Use several colors in your accessories.
- Keep your outfit simple so the jewelry really speaks.
- This is the time for lots of bling.
