I’ve tried to make my blog look very sparkley & elegant looking, very princess like. I’ve also tried to convince the spell checker that sparkley is a word. I’ve had many different templates, everything from bright orange, to muted black & white. I still haven’t found the perfect princess look. This template is pretty close, but if I was better at graphic design I would:
1. Make a cute cartoon header of a princess, that could alternate with the current header.
2. I’d get rid of the star that appears in bookmarks & website browsers. I like the idea of having something there, but I just haven’t figured out anything that small that is still princess like. Ilker Yoldas is having a contest where you can win a favicon or a redesign. They really know their stuff, I have loved the redesign that has already been done on a winning blog. I just wish there was an easy to find About page to learn more about Ilker Yoldas. I have my fingers crossed for the icon because I desperately need help with this.
