Making a list
3 October 2007I have a confession, I don’t usually enjoy the holidays. It’s mostly because I have a very large family. I love to shop & buy presents for people, but it’s always so hectic. Today I was trying to get some Christmas shopping done early. Shopping was even fun because I wasn’t stressed out. I wasn’t under a time crunch & I didn’t have to come up with all of that money at once.
I’ll finish up the rest of the shopping online. I will definitely be using coupons from Coupon Chief. Their site is so easy to use & there are online shopping coupons for so many different stores. Plus, their site even has customer support & they always have the latest coupon codes & discounts. I can’t think of another shopping site that provides all of that. If I could buy my family anything for Christmas my list would look like this:
Dad: I would buy him a big screen TV with Philips coupons because what dad doesn’t want a big screen TV?
Mom: I would love to buy furniture for my mom & maybe pick up a few area rugs as well. Surprisingly, Target deals are some of the best values out there & the items look just as expensive as you’d get at a department store.
Me: Yes, I’m putting myself on the Christmas list. After all, I just saved all of that money. I want something sparkly from Blue Nile.
I’ll have to modify my list to fit my budget, but I will definitely be using coupons this Christmas season. Maybe this Christmas will actually be fun if I get all of my shopping done early.
