Free Amethyst Earring Giveaway

Valentine’s always felt like Single Awareness Day to me. Even when I have a boyfriend on Valentines, I hate that other people are feeling lonely when they are fine every other day of the year. Hopefully, Random Acts of Bling will help to prevent that. Every week I give away a nice piece of jewelry at random. The winner can either keep the jewelry, or give it away. Usually I ask people to leave comments with a random act of kindness, or who they would give this jewelry away to. Since there are so many contests to enter this week in the bloggy carnival just leave any kind of comment that you’d like. Check back on Monday for a new contest.
This week’s jewelry is genuine amethyst & sterling silver earrings. The earrings are 5/8 inch from post to bottom, pushback design. The amethysts are 1.5 tcw & are 7×5mm. February’s birthstone.
THE RULES
One entry per person per week.
Please don’t sell the jewelry, it’s to make whoever receives it feel special. Winner will be chosen by a random number generator at 6pm on Friday Mountain Time.
Contestants should be over 18 & live in the lower 48 states because I’ll be paying shipping. I won’t sell or abuse your mailing address. If you’ve already won a Random Act of Bling, you can win again, but please give the jewelry away at random.
Comment/trackback/link should be about a random act of kindness or who you would give this jewelry to & why.
If you want to link or stumble this post it would be appreciated but is not required.

These pieces are all so beautiful. I don’t often wear jewelry, so any piece I get usually has a significance to it — because someone special has given it to me. I know how great it feels to get beautiful baubles and I LOVE THE IDEA THAT SOMEONE HAS CREATED A WEBSITE TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR US TO SHARE THAT FEELING. Thanks, so much.
I still would give these to my friend for her birthday next month. She grew up in Morocco and recently went home to see her family for the first time in several years. She came back talking about moving back there since she’s having a difficult time here and, if she did, I would want her to have something to remember her friends here in the States by. I know she would love all these pieces.

My younger sister is a stay at home mom raising three children and watching other children in her home to help make ends meet. She is a Girl Scout Leader and a room mom at her children’s school.
