I would give this to my little sister for two reasons. First off, she lives in Arizona, where she can actually wear open toed shoes a lot of the year. Secondly, she has been having a hard time with guys lately(her ex got engaged, then she had a bit of a stalker-not fun!). So I think she would appreciate this.
