Often we think the big decade numbers hurt the worst, but a lot of women try not to make a big fuss over these milestones -- and then suffer a delayed effect the next year. That happened to me; and (2) in her great two-volume set "Astrology for Women" and "New Astrology for Women" Jessica Adams notes that the planet Saturn makes a complete revolution in our charts every 28 years. Saturn rules big, humongous life changes. I went to (a private) college in my 28th year -- a big change for a woman who's lived most of her life in poverty. Because they are so big, these changes often take several years to complete (it took me 5-1/2 years to finish my degree because of illness). And if these changes AREN'T undertaken, the hangover effect can be brutal. Either way, I believe Shay may, indeed, need cheering up.
