This week I bought strawberries for everybody at work. (I was going to buy donuts at first, but felt everyone needing to fit into their swimsuits would prefer berries ;-))
If my name gets drawn I would like this to go to Crystal B.
Thanks!! :-)

Oh I love doing RAOKs! When I was working I would RAOK at least once a week. I would set aside a certain amount of my paycheck and throughout the week I would watch people, fellow employees, my boss, customers, people on the street. I had various ways of picking who would recieve that week's RAOK. Sometimes it was just whoever needed help the most, or someone who just needed cheering up, other times I would just pick a person at random for no reason at all. I did my RAoKS secretly and noone ever found out who was behind them. Sometimes, I would pay a bill that would otherwise go unpaid, buy groceries and have them delivered, buy a gift to brighten someone's day, whatever seemed to be the most needed at the time. I also did RAOKs that cost me nothing but my time and energy. Of course, most of those "free to me" RAOks were not anonymous as they included spending time with a lonely elderly person with noone to visit them, cleaning house for a day for a busy single mom, etc. Now that I can no longer work and have difficulty doing for myself, due to permanent disabling injuries from a bad car wreck, I can no longer to do the RAOKs like I used to and boy do I miss it. It would be so awesome to be able to RAOK someone again and this beautiful necklace would go a long way towards brightening someone's day and let them feel special for awhile. Thanks for the stroll down memory lane and of course for the chance to win and really make someone's day.

That is a lovely necklace! Here is my random act of kindness: I have befriended a lady online who recently lost her husband. I don't know her very well, but her niece and nephew are two of my favorite people and I'm trying to help bring some variety and cheer into their aunt's online circle. I hope I can make a difference, even if it is a small one, as she heals from her loss.

Lovely thoughts. I would give this necklace to my new, dear friend. We just met over a year ago, had hit it off instantly, made lotsa girly plans and 3 months ago, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is going for her last chemo treatment next thursday and I would love to give her this then.
Seeing her go through this has given me a very real insight as to the tragedy of cancer. She has lost her once beautiful, has lost over 50 lbs and is almost constantly ill. But ya know what? She works at a childrens hospital and wehn she possibly can, she still volunteers.

I would give this to my soon to be x-neighbor. I never got to know her, we met only once when her dog chased down and almost knocked over my daughter (my daughter was a little scared but unharmed). She is separating from her husband and they are selling the house. I know divorce is hard and she could use something nice.
