Ruby Earring Giveaway

Update: This contest is now closed, thanks to everyone who entered. A new contest will start on Monday. I think this week is the one year anniversary of Random Acts of Bling, but I’m not that great at math so don’t quote me on it. It’s been quite the year.
The premise behind Random Acts of Bling is that I think that little acts of kindness can produce big changes. So every week I give away a piece of jewelry & that person either gives it away or can keep it if it makes them feel special. Hopefully, when that person is having a bad day they can look at the jewelry & remember that good, unexpected & beautiful things can happen to them.
To enter the contest just read the rules & leave a comment with who you would give this to & why, or a random act of kindness. Through the past year the comments have really brightened my life. I’m always amazed at your generosity. I will keep this idea going as long as I possibly can.
The prize this week is a little special since it’s the anniversary & all. They are a pair of ruby & 14kt yellow gold stud earrings.
The Rules:
One entry per person per week.Please don’t sell the jewelry, it’s to make whoever receives it feel special. Winner will be chosen by a random number generator at 6pm on Friday Mountain Time.
Contestants should be over 18 & live in the lower 48 states because I’ll be paying shipping. I won’t sell or abuse your mailing address. If you’ve already won a Random Act of Bling, you can win again, but please give the jewelry away at random.

Wow,my stepdaughter would love this,it would be a nice gift for me to give her,probably in her christmas stocking,im always looking all year long for things for the kids stockings,I have 6 grown kids an 5 grandkids so it takes me all year,thanks you are a sweet person to do this,thank you

I would send this to my sister she turns 30 one week from now is a little depressed. Her life is not where she wants it to be. These lovely earrings would be perfect as they are her birthstone and she needs some cheering up

These would be the perfect gift for my new supervisor at work. She is replacing someone who was an absolute horror to work for and is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. She absolutely loves the color red (and it looks great on her) and would adore these beautiful earrings.

I would give them to my dd. She has fake gems that are pool toys and always picks up the “ruby ones” and screams out Ruby Ring.

These are so pretty! I would give this to mom. She’s had a pretty rough life and sacrificed a whole lot and she’s been taking care of dad who had a stroke. This would brighten up her day!

I would love to give these to my mom because it’s her birthstone and mine and my sister’s too. It’s something special we share and we are so very close and even more so since the very recent passing of our dad. I would love to do something for my mom to add just a little bit of sparkle to her days during this really difficult time.

I too practice random acts of bling.
Sometimes when someone compliments some piece of jewelry I’m wearing and really seems to LOVE it, then I’ve been known to take it off and give it to them. No matter the cost. You should see their faces sometimes — Are you SERIOUS??!! YES, I’m serious. Here. I’ve enjoyed it, now you enjoy it, and when you’re done with it, pass it on to someone else. It brings me joy to be able to do things like that.
