Rose Quartz Pendant Contest

Update:  This contest is now closed.  The random number generator chose Phyllis as the winner.  A new contest will start on Monday. Everywhere I look people are saying just how bad things are going to get. I’m definitely worried. I would love to hear someone say that it’s all going to work out, because it will. Somehow. I give away a piece of jewelry once a week to basically say the same thing whether the person is going through financial problems, health problems, or just needs to feel special.

The winner can either keep the jewelry or give it away. To enter the contest just leave a comment with who you would give this to & why, or a random act of kindness. Oh & be sure you read the rules too.

The prize this week is a rose quartz & sterling silver pendant with a 16″ sterling chain. I chose pink because I wanted to have something that fit with breast cancer awareness month. The pendant is about 1 & 3.8″

The Rules:

Please don’t sell the jewelry, it’s to make whoever receives it feel special. Winner will be chosen by a random number generator at 6pm on Friday Mountain Time.

Contestants should be over 18 & live in the lower 48 states because I’ll be paying shipping. I won’t sell or abuse your mailing address. If you’ve already won a Random Act of Bling, you can win again, but please give the jewelry away at random.

Please leave a valid e-mail address, this is how I will contact you if you win. If I can’t reach you then I might have to relist your prize. If you want to link or stumble this post it would be appreciated but is not required.

Comment/trackback/link should be about a random act of kindness or who you would give this jewelry to & why.

  1. The pendant is beautiful. I would love to win it for my mom, who is going through a rough time right now (dad is out of work and they are driving one another crazy, with boredom and worry).

  2. It was love at first sight when I first saw this week’s prize, the rose quartz pendant. I keep coming back just to look at it, over and over again. What else is there to say except I would love to have it for my very own. Thanks for the chance!

  3. I would give it to Mrs. Gurney as a gift from my daughter Deja, she is a breast cancer survivor, having been diagnosed last year. Deja has decided she would like to give a gift to her daycare provider to keep her strong so she can continue to fight her disease. (they are doing fundraisers at her daycare, and I had to explain to Deja what breast cancer was all about a couple of days ago)

  4. This pendant is so lovely, I would keep it for myself. Now don’t think I’m selfish, I’ve given away several other pieces before. However, this all depends on the random bling winner-picker!..or rather it’s ‘random act of kindness’.

  5. I would give this to my sister. Her birthday is in Oct. along with me, a brother, husband, dad(who passed 44 years ago)my 20 yr. old son is a day before mine, he passed on January 20th, 2008. My sister also lost a son at the age of 14 he passed 9 yrs. ago. She loves jewelry, and sometimes makes it. I love jewelry as my mom did she passed last April 19, 2007. It’s been a long and sorrowful year. My sister and I have both lost much. She deserves a nice gift. ANd as our home is in forclouser we moved to my husbands homestead after 28 yrs in our home. I love my sister she should have this necklace. I like diamonds myself but she loves it all.
