Honestly, usually when I go into Dillard’s I just feel a little depressed. I go “Ohhh that’s nice” & then I look at the price tag & realize it’s not as nice as I thought. There is only one time of the year where I can afford to shop there, & it’s today! Usually even their clearance racks are too pricey. Even if I can afford it, it just seems like too much money.
Right now they are having an additional 40% off sale that ends tomorrow. I think it’s good at both the stores or online. Things are going fast. I had a purple satin trench coat for $13 (regularly way too much money) but it sold out before I checked out. I would have looked like a Flowering Cherry. It was fate’s way of telling me that I don’t need a coat that I would have to dry clean.

The random number generator chose Melanie B to win with her comment:
This is a beautiful bracelet and my first time on your site. Very nice! I would give this to a friend for her Birthday as she loves Amethyst’s.
A new contest starts on Monday!

I can only afford to shop the clearance section at Kohl’s. I love shopping there because the dressing rooms are bigger & well kept. Seriously, their dressing rooms are as big as some of my previous apartments. The bathrooms are always clean & remind me of a hotel. I even wanted to base our new bathroom design off of of the Kohl’s bathroom with their granite counter tops. Granted, our Kohl’s in only a few months old. I’d probably live in the store if they let me.
Today there were plenty of 80% off racks out. I stick to the juniors department. I just don’t find that great of deals in the Woman’s department. Today there were tons of sweaters & long sleeved shirts for just $2 or $3. I got a $40 sweater for $4 & a $36 sweater for $3.60. That’s even cheaper than at the thrift stores. The cashier was even joking that Walmart doesn’t even discount items that much.
