I try to make the world a little brighter by giving away a piece of jewelry at random every week. It’s my penance for being a sarcastic person & also a silent thanks to the many people who have supported me. The winner can keep the jewelry or give it away to someone else. The contest is easy to enter, just leave a comment with who you would give this to & why or a random act of kindness.
The prize this week is a 1.00 carat genuine amethyst pendant set in sterling silver with a sterling silver chain. It has radiant cut, heart cut & marquise cut amethyst, which is the birth stone for February.
The Rules:
Please don’t sell the jewelry, it’s to make whoever receives it feel special. Winner will be chosen by a random number
generator at 6pm on Friday Mountain Time.Contestants should be over 18 & live in the lower 48 states because I’ll be paying shipping. I won’t sell or abuse your
mailing address.If you’ve already won a Random Act of Bling, you can win again, but please give the jewelry away at random.

I’m not sure who I would give it to, but I have no doubt it wouldn’t take too long to find someone. I love surprising my friends or family with gifts when they need a little cheering up!

I would like to keep this pendant for myself, but my neighbor deserves it. She has visited, called and helped me many times since I have been sick.

My mom has been in the hospital for a week due to the doctor giving her iodine that she told them she is highly allergic too. I’d love to brighten her day with this!

I would give this pendant to my mom. It’s her birthstone, and she has been through so much (alot of it caused by me in my younger years). She really deserves something special.

I have been praying for my mother for months and months, she had breast cancer, and this is her second time, in the oppisite breast. I have been helping her driving her places, trying to do everything I can for her. I think this would be nice for her, she has been looking at zales for a amethyst ring, but we really dont have the money to buy a ring at zales, ha. But I think it would be nice to give her, shes been threw a lot, and thank god, for answering my prayers, and helping her get better and heal. (These past 5 months have been so stressful and hard on everyone I know or who is in my family… ) Thanks

I would give this to my Mom cause tioday is her birthday. She is in the hospital in Florida cause she fell and broke her hip. They are moving her out of ICU today to a regular floor.
And this is not a pity plea- its a praise plea. I didnt think she would survivie the surgery- she is terminally ill with emphysema and CHF so I am thrilled she made it thru the hip operation!

Though I would love to claim this for myself (it is beautiful and I have no purple jewelry) the truth is that my life is great and I don’t need a new piece of jewelry like so many people do… So if I won I would ask that you send it to Rebecca for her mom who seems like she would be really touched by the gift.

this is the birthstone for my son!…but i would not give it to him because he would eat it. maybe i would give it to my mother. he is her first grandchild so this would be a fun way to remember him.

I would give this to my mom. Her birthday was on the 7th so it would be nice since its her birthstone. Our family has been through trials, hardships, and many happy times. I would love to tell her how special she is through them all.
