It’s a Love Hate Thing

I’ve written before about the fact that I really love how necklaces are attached to shirts. It’s a trend that anyone can wear, even if you’re looking for diet pills for women.

Lately though I’ve been seeing a lot of what I think is called a collar necklace. It’s made out of ribbon and a flat piece of fabric and then it has faux gems on the top. It usually ends up looking like a craft project. It can even be attached to the shirt or be part of the shirt. On one hand, it’s tacky. On the other hand it’s sparkly. I really can’t decide how I feel about this.

Blue Topaz Ring Giveaway

This contest is closed but a new one starts soon!

Today I had to point out something on a forum. I am usually not a forum person because my sarcastic nature always gets me in trouble. I really don’t like fights and in my brain forums=fights. However, I was greeted by people who genuinely cared about the issue as well and we could all work together to find a solution. Kindness on both sides got things done. This is one of the reasons why I do Random Acts of Bling. The winner can keep the jewelry or give it to someone else to just help give out some positive vibes. To enter the contest please read the rules and leave a comment with who you would give this to and why or a random act of kindness.

The prize this week is a blue topaz and sterling ring in a size 8.

The Rules:

Please don’t sell the jewelry, it’s to make whoever receives it feel special. The winner will be chosen by a random number generator at 8pm on Sunday Mountain Time.

Contestants should be over 18 & live in the lower 48 states because I’ll be paying shipping. I won’t sell or abuse your mailing address.

If you’ve already won a Random Act of Bling, you can win again, but please give the jewelry away at random.

Please leave a valid e-mail address, this is how I will contact you if you win. The subject line of the email will say something like”Random Acts of Bling: You Won” I’ll also announce the winner in a blog post. If I can’t reach you then I might have to relist your prize.

If you want to link or stumble this post it would be appreciated but is not required.

Comment/trackback/link should be about a random act of kindness or who you would give this jewelry to & why
