Marcasite Earring Contest

This contest is closed but a new one starts on Monday! One of the questions I ask the most is “Do you think something good is going to happen?” I just need hope that there is the slightest possibility of things turning around or changing for the better to give me strength. That’s why I give away a piece of jewelry at random. The winner can keep it or give it away to someone else. Hopefully whoever receives the jewelry is reminded that good
things can happen. To enter the contest just read the rules and leave a comment with who you would give this to and why or a random act of kindness.

The prize this week are sterling silver and Marcasite antique style earrings.

Please don’t sell the jewelry, it’s to make whoever receives it feel special. The winner will be chosen by a random number generator at 6pm on Friday Mountain Time.

Contestants should be over 18 & live in the lower 48 states because I’ll be paying shipping. I won’t sell or abuse your mailing address.

If you’ve already won a Random Act of Bling, you can win again, but please give the jewelry away at random.

At the beginning of every month I make goals about work, most of which I never ever meet. I get so focused on work that I forget to go out of my way to be nice or do random acts of kindness. This is one of the reasons I give away jewelry away at random every week, it makes me concentrate on other people while giving me lots of good ideas of how to help others. The winner can keep the jewelry or give it away to someone else. One of the secrets on Post Secret yesterday was from a Baskin Robbins employee who confessed that they give extra ice cream to the kids with mean parents. It just goes to show that everyone can make a difference in the world even if they aren’t in their dream jobs. Along the same lines I give away a piece of jewelry at random hoping to brighten someone’s day and remind them that they are special. The winner can keep the jewelry or pass it on to someone else.
